Delivery Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't deliver to hospitals.

• All Balloon Corporate Balloons bouquets, helium tanks, balloon decorations and other services are hand-delivered by an industry professional to ensure the best experience and service to our clients.
• For deliveries to apartments or buildings with buzzers, unit and buzz code is REQUIRED for delivery.
• Large balloon events ordered at least 1 day prior to the event are subject to the approval of our team
• We recommend large decorations, events or holiday orders to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure Corporate Balloons can have the supplies necessary
• Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to universities, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries.
• To request a specific delivery time, contact us before placing your order for confirmation. You may request a later delivery in the special instructions, Corporate Balloons will do our best to accommodate your preferences. To guarantee a specific time, you may call us after placing your order to confirm.
  
• Deliveries will be made during regular business hours.
• Services accommodated after or before business hours, costs will be subject to approval of the client and Corporate Balloons Team.
• Before major holidays and events, we recommend that you book with us as soon as possible to ensure a delivery spot. We reserve the right to decline short-notice bookings due to driver availability.
• Corporate Balloons delivers to care homes, you may include the receipient name and room number if applicable.
• Unique delivery prices apply to deliveries inside universities such as UBC and SFU. 

Outdoor Balloons & Structures

• Corporate Balloons does not warranty balloons used outdoors
• Oxidation may occur on balloons due to weather, wind, outdoor conditions
• Wind, rain and heat may affect the visual appearance of outdoor balloons
• We do not warranty deflated, popped, oxidized balloons used outdoors
• Foil balloons can expand due to the heat. Keep your balloons in a shaded, cool area
• Limit the time you have balloons outside
• Ask us about Hi-Shine for Latex Balloons
• DO NOT release balloons outdoors, helium or air filled, this can pose dangerous to wildlife and the environment

Delivery to Hospitals

• Corporate Balloons does not deliver to hospitals at this time
• Many hospitals disallow balloons due to latex allergies and other safety regulations
• Many hospitals do not allow personal deliveries to individual rooms
• ICU patients are not permitted to receive any kind of arrangement

Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your balloon bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the Corporate Balloons staff attempts a delivery, they will either:

• Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
• Leave the gift-balloon bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient door with this information.
• Tape the transportation bag to the entrance of the home or building

If other options are not possible, the balloons will be returned to the store
You may request Corporate Balloons redeliver balloons at the standard delivery rate per location on the next available business day
