Cancellation and Refund Policy information

If that happens and you order has not been delivered, the amount paid for the order will be kept as credit for a future order. Our policy has no refunds.

At Balloon Studio, we do our best to provide our clients with the best service. You have chosen to have balloons for a special event- we want to make it as special as possible.

We realize that sometimes our clients have to modify or even cancel their orders. We set aside time to create your order and some orders can be complicated. When we reserve your booking, we book that time for your order therefore we cannot book over it.

At least 72 hours before your event or before we special order balloons for you, you can reschedule your event or be given a store credit. There will be no refund.

If rescheduling or store credit is required, please call us ASAP. If outside business hours, you can text or leave a voicemail. We require your order or invoice number. Email cancellations/changes will not be accepted.

 

Helium Tanks

If a helium tank is purchased, there will be no refunds. We order them especially for customers who want to purchase their own.

Asphyxiation Hazard Warning

Helium is lighter than air, but high concentrations of the gas can displace oxygen and cause unconsciousness and death without warning. Never inhale helium from balloons or a tank.

Modifications

Your modification:

If you need to modify your balloon order and you do it at least 72 hours in advance, store credit will be given for the difference if it is lower than the value of the original order.

Our modification:

We always try to provide customers the balloon design as it is shown on the website, with a minimum of substitution. Should we need to substitute, we will replace the balloon with as close to the specific balloon of equal or higher value.

Billing

A finance charge of 5% is levied on day 15 for late payment.

Color Customization

For orders with products that include color customization, we will contact for options if we cannot match the color preference or if the comments are not clear.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the required color or other options are not available.
